(2) A trailer drawn behind a semitrailer.(3) A trailer drawn by a vehicle registered under the International Registration Plan.(b) The fee for a permanent registration of a semitrailer is eighty-two dollars ($82).(c) A fee described in subsection (b) that is collected for a registration issued through an Indiana based International Registration Plan account shall be distributed as set forth in section 10.5 of this chapter.(d) The fee described in subsection (b) that is not required to be distributed under subsection (c) shall be distributed as follows:(1) Twenty-five cents ($0.25) to the state construction fund.(2) Fifty cents ($0.50) to the state motor vehicle technology fund.(3) Two dollars and ninety cents ($2.90) to the highway, road and street fund.(4) Twelve dollars ($12) to the crossroads 2000 fund.(5) One dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) to the integrated public safety communications fund.(6) Three dollars and ten cents ($3.10) to the commission fund.(7) Any remaining amount to the motor vehicle highway account.(e) A ve cents ($1.25) to the integrated public safety communications fund.(6) Three dollars and ten cents ($3.10) to the commission fund.(7) Any remaining amount to the motor vehicle highway account.(e) A permanent registration under subsection (b) must be renewed on an annual basis to pay all applicable excise taxes.
