(b) This section applies only to fees that are collected under the International Registration Plan or through an Indiana based International Registration Plan account.(c) The fees collected as described in subsection (b) during each state fiscal year shall be distributed as follows:(1) The first one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to the state construction fund.(2) Any remaining amounts to the motor vehicle highway account.As added by P.L.218-2017, SEC.87.
