Except as provided in section 7 of this chapter, the fee to register a farm vehicle that is a trailer with a declared gross weight of more than nine thousand (9,000) pounds is fifty percent (50%) of the fee listed in IC 9-18.1-5-8 for a trailer of the same declared gross weight.[Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-29-5-13.1.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.326.
