5-12-16.(2) An annual fee of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25) as provided in IC 9-18.5-12-14(d)(2) or IC 9-18.5-12-15(b).(b) The annual fee referred to in subsection (a)(2) shall be collected by the bureau and deposited with the treasurer of state in a special fund.
