If an officer or employee of a municipal corporation requests an environmental license plate for a vehicle that is assigned to or customarily used by the officer or employee, the officer or employee is responsible for paying all fees associated with the environmental license plate under this chapter and all annual registration fees under IC 9-18 (before its expiration), IC 9-18.1, and, if applicable, IC 9-29 (repealed) for the vehicle on which the environmental license plate is displayed.[Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-29-6.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.327.
