The education license plate shall be designed and issued as a special group recognition license plate under IC 9-18.5-12 and must include the following:(1) A basic design for the plate, with consecutive numbers or letters, or both, to properly identify the vehicle.(2) A background design, an emblem, or colors that designate the license plate as an education license plate.(3) Any other information the bureau considers necessary.[Pre-2016 Revision Citations: 9-18-31-2; 9-18-31-3.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.327.
