The fees collected under this chapter shall be distributed as follows:(1) Twenty-five percent (25%) to the secretary of education to administer the school intervention and career counseling development program and fund under IC 20-20-17.(2) Seventy-five percent (75%) as provided under section 6 of this chapter.[Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-31-6.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.327.
