A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a first responder license plate under this chapter upon doing the following:(1) Completing an application for a first responder license plate.(2) Paying the fees under section 3 of this chapter.[Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-45-2.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.327.
