A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a specified National Football League franchised football team license plate issued under a licensing agreement entered into under section 2 of this chapter with a specified National Football League franchised football team upon doing the following:(1) Completing an application for a specified National Football League franchised football team license plate.(2) Paying the fees under section 4 of this chapter.[Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-49-3.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.327.
