The fee shall be distributed as follows:(A) Five dollars ($5) to the commission fund.(B) Five dollars ($5) to the motor vehicle highway account.(2) An annual fee of twenty dollars ($20) for deposit in the capital projects fund established by section 5 of this chapter.(b) The bureau shall distribute at least one (1) time each month the money from the capital projects fund collected under subsection (a).[Pre-2016 Revision Citations: 9-18-49-4; subdivision (1) formerly 9-29-5-38(d).]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.327.
