A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive an Abraham Lincoln's boyhood home license plate under this chapter upon doing the following:(1) Completing an application for an Abraham Lincoln's boyhood home license plate.(2) Paying the fees under section 6 of this chapter.[Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-52-2.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.327.
