The bureau shall issue a license plate for a person with a disability that designates a vehicle as a vehicle that is regularly used to transport a person who:(1) has been issued a permanent parking placard under IC 9-14-5 (before its repeal) or section 4 of this chapter; or(2) is eligible to receive, but has not been issued, a permanent parking placard under section 4 of this chapter.[Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-22-1.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.327.
