The bureau shall issue a license plate to a person that:(1) is an Indiana resident; and(2) holds an unrevoked and unexpired official amateur radio station and operator's license issued by the Federal Communications Commission;upon receiving an application accompanied by proof of ownership of the amateur radio station and operator's license.[Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-23-1.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.327.
