As used in this chapter, 'chaplain' means an individual who is appointed or officially designated to serve, with or without compensation, as a chaplain of either of the following:(1) A full-time police department of a municipality (as defined by IC 36-1-2-11).(2) A full-time fire department of a municipality (as defined by IC 36-1-2-11).As added by P.L.22-2013, SEC.2.
