With respect to trucks, including truck-tractors, the requirements for safety glazing material in this section apply to all glazing material used in doors, windows, and windshields in the driver's compartment of a vehicle.(b) A person may not sell a new motor vehicle and a new motor vehicle may not be registered unless the vehicle is equipped with safety glazing material of a type approved by the director of traffic safety wherever glazing material is used in doors, windows, and windshields.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-6-40(a) part.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.7.
