A motor vehicle that is at least twenty-five (25) years old is not required to have a catalytic converter installed as equipment on the motor vehicle unless a catalytic converter on the motor vehicle is required by rules adopted under IC 13-17-5.As added by P.L.262-2013, SEC.99.
