A person may operate a vehicle towing a mobile home that has:(1) a combined overall length not greater than sixty (60) feet;(2) a width not greater than ninety-six (96) inches; and(3) a height not greater than thirteen (13) feet, six (6) inches;without having to obtain a permit under this chapter.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-1-6(1) part.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.8.
