A person may operate a motor vehicle as part of a vehicle platoon on the streets and highways of Indiana if:(1) the person is authorized under Indiana law to operate a motor vehicle on the streets or highways of Indiana;(2) the motor vehicle is authorized under Indiana law to be operated on the streets or highways of Indiana;(3) the motor vehicle is properly equipped with necessary systems for participation in a vehicle platoon; and(4) the leader of the vehicle platoon is authorized under this chapter to lead the vehicle platoon.As added by P.L.185-2018, SEC.42.
