Whenever a highway has been divided into two (2) roadways by:(1) leaving an intervening space;(2) a physical barrier; or(3) a clearly indicated dividing section constructed to impede vehicular traffic;a vehicle shall be driven only upon the right-hand roadway. A vehicle may not be driven over, across, or within a dividing space, barrier, or section, except through an opening in the physical barrier, dividing section, or space or at a crossover or an intersection established by public authority.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-74(a).]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.9.
