A signal given under this section shall be given from the left side of the vehicle in the following manner:(1) A left turn is indicated by extending the hand and arm horizontally.(2) A right turn is indicated by extending the hand and arm upward.(3) A stop or decreased speed is indicated by extending the hand and arm downward.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-80.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.9.
