Upon roadways having width for not more than one (1) lane of traffic in each direction, each person who drives a vehicle subject to this section shall give to the other person who drives a vehicle at least one-half (1/2) of the main traveled part of the roadway as nearly as possible.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-65.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.9.
