§ 9-22-1-31

To facilitate the removal of abandoned vehicles or parts, a public agency may:(1) employ personnel;(2) acquire equipment, property, and facilities; and(3) enter into towing contracts;for the removal, storage, and disposition of abandoned vehicles and parts.
