An individual who fails to renew the individual's driver's license on or before the driver's license expiration date shall pay to the bureau an administrative penalty as follows:(1) Before January 1, 2017, an administrative penalty of five dollars ($5).(2) After December 31, 2016, an administrative penalty of six dollars ($6).An administrative penalty shall be deposited in the commission fund.As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.499.
