A person who:(1) knowingly permits the use of an identification card issued under this chapter by a person other than the person to whom the card was issued;(2) knowingly displays or represents as the person's own identification card issued under this chapter an identification card that was not issued to the person displaying the card; or(3) does not surrender, upon demand of the proper official, an identification card issued under this chapter that has become invalid or expired;commits a Class C misdemeanor.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-5-3.1-6(c).]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.12.
