S.C. 21083, the secretary of state (with the consent of the co-directors of the election division) and the commission shall enter into an agreement to match information in the computerized list established under IC 3-7-26.3 with information in the data base of the commission to enable the election division and the commission to verify the accuracy of the information provided on voter registration applications.As added by P.L.209-2003, SEC.198.
