(2) A for-hire endorsement under section 5 of this chapter.(b) A commercial driver's license may include one (1) or more of the following:(1) A motorcycle endorsement under IC 9-24-8-4 (before its expiration) or section 3 of this chapter.(2) Except for a hazardous materials endorsement, an endorsement under IC 9-24-6.1, including under any rules adopted under IC 9-24-6.1, if the applicant is at least twenty-one (21) years of age.(3) A hazardous materials endorsement under IC 9-24-6.1, including under any rules adopted under IC 9-24-6.1, if the applicant is at least eighteen (18) years of age.As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.461.
