§ 9-26-4-2

In addition to the notification required by section 1 of this chapter, the coroner or other official performing similar functions shall report in writing to the state police department, on or before the tenth day of each month, the following:(1) The death of an individual within the coroner's jurisdiction during the preceding month as the result of an accident involving a motor vehicle.(2) The circumstances of the accident.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-49.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.14.
