(a) A person removing a wrecked or damaged motor vehicle, including a wrecked or damaged golf cart or off-road vehicle, from a street or highway must remove any glass or other foreign material dropped upon the street or highway from the motor vehicle.(b) A person who fails to comply with subsection (a) commits a Class C infraction.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-122.1.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.14.
