(b) The operator of a motor vehicle that is used to remove a motor vehicle that caused damage to real or personal property, except a motor vehicle of another person as described in IC 9-26-1-1.1, shall give the notification required by IC 9-26-1-1.1 before removing the motor vehicle that caused the damage.(c) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-44(b).]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.14.
