The bureau shall develop and administer a motorcycle operator safety education program that, at a minimum, must:(1) provide motorcycle operator education;(2) train and certify rider coach trainers;(3) increase public awareness of motorcycle safety; and(4) evaluate and recommend improvements to the motorcycle operator licensing system.As added by P.L.145-2011, SEC.22.
