The commissioner shall appoint:(1) a program coordinator of the motorcycle operator safety education program developed under section 3 of this chapter who shall administer the motorcycle operator safety education program and conduct an annual evaluation; and(2) a training specialist of the motorcycle operator safety education program developed under section 3 of this chapter who shall:(A) establish approved motorcycle driver education and training courses throughout Indiana; and(B) supervise rider coach trainers and other personnel as necessary.The training specialist must be a rider coach trainer and hold a valid license, including any necessary endorsements, to operate a motorcycle.As added by P.L.145-2011, SEC.22.
