The commissioner shall administer the fund. The fund consists of money received from motorcycle registrations as provided under IC 9-18 (before its expiration) or IC 9-18.1-5-3. The money in the fund may be used for the administration of the program and expenses related to the program, including:(1) reimbursement for course sites;(2) rider coach trainer training;(3) purchase of equipment and course materials; and(4) technical assistance.As added by P.L.145-2011, SEC.22.
