A written reciprocity agreement entered into under section 2 of this chapter must require an applicant from the foreign country for a driver's license to possess a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle being operated or the equivalent from the foreign country.As added by P.L.87-2010, SEC.36; P.L.93-2010, SEC.13.
