The bureau shall reinstate motor vehicle registration that is suspended under this chapter if the following occur:(1) The court presents the bureau with adequate proof that all unpaid judgments with respect to the motor vehicle have been paid.(2) A reinstatement fee is paid to the bureau, if applicable.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-1-12-5.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.18.
