(b) In addition to the penalties in subsection (a), the bureau may do the following:(1) Revoke the driver's license or permit of an individual who makes payment to the bureau for a driver's license or permit with funds that are not honored.(2) Invalidate the title or registration of an individual who makes payment to the bureau for a driver's license or permit with funds that are not honored.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-5-4-1.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.18.
