Neither a facility described in section 3(3) of this chapter nor an employee of the facility is liable for:(1) civil damages from injury to a person required to visit the facility under this chapter; or(2) damages caused to a person during the visitation described in subdivision (1) by another person required to visit the facility under this chapter;except for willful or grossly negligent acts intended to, or reasonably likely to, result in the injury or damage.As added by P.L.94-1991, SEC.2.
