A court and the bureau, if applicable, shall terminate all or any part of the remaining suspension of a person's license suspension under section 1(c) of this chapter or under IC 9-30-6-9 if:(1) the charges against the person are dismissed;(2) the person is acquitted; or(3) the person's conviction is vacated or reversed on appeal.As added by P.L.110-2020, SEC.8.
