(b) A dealer that sells to the general public may not sell or offer to sell a motor vehicle at a location away from the dealer's established place of business without obtaining an offsite sales permit under section 11 of this chapter.(c) A motor vehicle display is not considered an offsite sale if it is conducted:(1) by a new motor vehicle dealer; and(2) in an open area where no sales personnel and sales material are present.(d) A sale is not an offsite sale if:(1) it is a sale of a manufactured home within a manufactured home community;(2) the manufactured home is already located within the manufactured home community or will be installed within the manufactured home community; and(3) the sale is made by the dealer that owns and operates the manufactured home community.As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78.
