The secretary may delegate any or all of the rights, duties, or obligations of the secretary under this article to:(1) the director; or(2) another designee under the supervision and control of the secretary.The individual delegated has the authority to adopt and enforce rules under IC 4-22-2 as the secretary under IC 4-5-1-11.As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78.
