A dealer must have:(1) a certificate of title;(2) an assigned certificate of title;(3) a manufacturer's certificate of origin;(4) an assigned manufacturer's certificate of origin; or(5) other proof of ownership or evidence of right of possession as determined by the secretary;for a motor vehicle or watercraft in the dealer's possession.As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78.
