A person that sells, offers to sell, or advertises for sale at least six (6):(1) watercraft;(2) trailers that are:(A) designed and used exclusively for the transportation of watercraft; and(B) sold in general association with the sale of watercraft; or(3) items set forth in both subdivisions (1) and (2);within a twelve (12) month period must be licensed under this article.As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78.
