(a) A person that knowingly or intentionally operates a watercraft displaying:(1) a temporary license plate issued under section 7 of this chapter that is altered or reproduced; or(2) a license plate that purports to be a temporary license plate issued under section 7 of this chapter;commits a Class C misdemeanor.(b) A person that, with the intent to defraud, obtains an altered temporary license plate described in subsection (a) commits a Class C misdemeanor.As added by P.L.284-2019, SEC.15.
