(b) An automotive salvage recycler must:(1) report the purchase of a motor vehicle to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System not later than seventy-two (72) hours after the motor vehicle is purchased; and(2) provide to the seller a valid National Motor Vehicle Title Information System report identification number.As added by P.L.151-2015, SEC.55.
