10A.201 Definition of additional terms. The expressions 'factory', 'mill', 'workshop', 'mine', 'store', 'railway', 'business house', and 'public or private work', as used in this subchapter, shall be construed to mean any factory, mill, workshop, mine, store, railway, business house, or public or private work, where wage earners are employed for a compensation.
