10A.534 Penalties. 1. Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this part, or of the rules of the department under this part, or any lawful order, written or oral, of the department or of its officers, or authorized agents under this part, shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. 2. Any person resisting or interfering with the department, its employees, or authorized agents, in the discharge of any duty imposed by law under this part shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. 2023 Acts, ch 19, §1482 NEW section
