12.62 Investments by agencies and political subdivisions — technical information and assistance. The treasurer of state shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A for providing technical information and assistance to political subdivisions, the state board of regents, instrumentalities, and agencies of the state authorized to invest funds which are seeking to invest public funds.
