12K.6 Applicability. The requirements of sections 12K.2, 12K.3, and 12K.4 shall not apply if the United States Congress or president of the United States, through legislation or executive order, declares that mandatory divestment of the type provided for in this chapter interferes with the conduct of United States foreign policy. 2023 Acts, ch 58, §9 NEW section
