15.330A Maintenance of agreements. 1. An eligible business receiving incentives or assistance under this part shall meet all terms and obligations in an agreement by the project completion date, but the board may for good cause extend the project completion date or otherwise amend an agreement. 2. During the maintenance period an eligible business receiving incentives or assistance under this part shall continue to comply with the terms and obligations of an agreement entered into pursuant to section 15.330. 3.
