15.457 Ordinary maintenance and repair. This part shall not be construed to prevent the ordinary maintenance or repair of any exterior feature in a district which does not involve a change in design, material or outer appearance, nor prevent the construction, reconstruction, alteration, restoration, or demolition of any such feature which is required for public safety reasons due to an unsafe or dangerous condition.
