15F.103 Board duties. The board shall do all of the following: 1. Organize. 2. Establish the vision Iowa program and the community attraction and tourism program. 3. Oversee and provide approval of the administration of the vision Iowa program and the community attraction and tourism program by the authority. 4. Oversee the administration by the authority of the sports tourism program pursuant to this chapter. 5.
